Brian is the Founder and Principal of InReach Capital, Inc. He is a serial entrepreneur and strategy consultant. He started and ran an award-winning nonprofit tech company, a human performance company that led trainings on emotional intelligence and ethics, and he runs a multi-strategy real estate investment firm focused on holdings in vacant land, residential, and commercial real estate. Brian grew up in Chesterfield and left for 20 years to live in New York City, Boston, and San Francisco, though he recently moved back to Tower Grove. He has worked for Bain & Company, Bridgespan, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and he has consulted for and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs from around the world to achieve breakthrough levels of success. His greatest passion is inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs to be exemplars of kindness and compassion in all areas of their lives, so that they can be the change they want to see in the world–Brian believes changing the world starts with each of us being the best version of ourselves.
