Katie Dalton, Executive Director – “Katie Dalton has been an integral part of the Crime Victim Center since 2013, transitioning from a victim advocate to the Executive Director in 2020 after a stint as a Grant Administrator for St. Louis County. She has delivered extensive training on various aspects of victim support, participated in community education, and facilitated awareness programs on human trafficking. Katie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work and earned her Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification in 2021. She resides in St. Louis with her family.”

Erin Pohl, Director of Development – “With over a decade of experience, Erin Pohl is the Director of Development at the Crime Victim Center in St. Louis, focusing on diversified fundraising and community engagement. Erin is also involved in community service as the Board President of the St. Louis Anti-Violence Project and a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.”

Judge Thomas McCarthy – “Judge McCarthy was appointed associate circuit judge in 2018. He was appointed circuit judge in 2022. He worked in private practice and served as an assistant St. Louis County prosecutor from 2008 to 2014 and an assistant St. Louis city counselor from 2014 to 2016 prior to joining the bench.
Judge McCarthy earned a bachelor of science degree from Truman State University and a juris doctor from the St. Louis University School of Law.”
