Being a Rotarian means serving your community, networking, making friends, and building international relationships. Through Rotary, you have the opportunity to expand your leadership skills and achieve your goals.
It was great to see our largest in person attendance last Thursday at our meeting. With the vaccine and Rotarians wanting to get out we are starting to see everyone again.
As we have consistently done with our Club and our Meetings, we will continue to follow the guidelines set by the City of St. Louis and the Missouri Athletic Club (Our meeting site) while having a safe environment.
As we come out of the COVID 19 this year, let’s try to work adding to our membership. If everyone just asks one close friend or business associate, we will be able to grow in 2021.

On Thursday March 18th we were honored to have Mike LaMartina, Chief Revenue Officer at Ballpark Village. Mike gave us a brief history of the site and how the area has been transformed. By including two videos and many pictures he was able to not only show us Phase 1 of Ballpark Village but also all the new spaces in Phase 2. It is truly a treasure in the City of St. Louis.
This week we invite E. Tracy Beckette, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. Tracy served in the US Army both in active duty and the Army National Guard. He has many distinguished award and accomplishments. See his bio in the Pepperbox for the full information. After his military active time, he continued to serve and is now Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. And if that weren’t enough, he also had a long and distinguished career in the local banking community. He also is a current member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Athletic Club. Truly a man of service.
