Week Two Alley-gations

It has been two years since I last wrote the bowling alley-gations. Some things
have changed; new faces added and some lost, new alley ownership, new music
list; while other things have stayed the same; smiling faces, groans of frustration,
great service from Ashley, tasty food and beverages, no 7/10 pick-ups, but most
importantly the same camaraderie.
I have traveled all around the country through Rotary and love telling people
about the St. Louis Rotary Bowling League. Its history is unmatched by any other
Rotary Club. It’s something we should all take pride in. There is nothing else quite
like it anywhere.
At the end of week two, Team Weistreich sits at the top of the points table with
36 points. Mike Coleman and Rose Cooper had high scratch games for the week.
Handicap game went to Carl Lane and Rose Cooper. Scratch Series went to Mike
Coleman and Rose Cooper.
Two weeks down, 30 to go. The fun continues…
