Memorial Service for Phil Roush on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025
We are saddened to share that Philip S. Roush, (Phil) Past President and forty-five (45) year member of St. Louis Rotary Club 11 passed on October 30, 2025, at the age of 90. We are thankful for his friendship and years of service to our Rotary Club and community.
Phil joined the club in 1980; his badge number was 422. He was president of the St. Louis Rotary Club in 2005 – 2006.
His Classification was Senior Active, Formerly General Manager, Customer Relations Union Electric Company.
There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, November 25 @ 3pm. It will be held at First Congregational Church of Webster Groves located at 10 W. Lockwood Ave, Webster Groves, MO 63119. Following the service there will be a reception.
I never had the pleasure of hearing him play his guitar! John Denver and 70’s songs sing along while he played had to be so much fun!
