An Irish Proverb says “A good friend is like a four-leaf clover; hard to find and lucky to have.” — 

Bob Barnes was a good friend; a real gentleman, and truly kind. Bob easily shared the gift of friendship with us. 

Bob passed on July 15, 2025 at 89 years of age.

“When you see someone putting on his Big Boots, you can be pretty sure that an Adventure is going to happen.”
—Winnie the Pooh
And when you see someone putting on their bowling shoes in the Club 11 league, you can be sure that the Adventure of the evening has begun! Bob Barnes bowled with St. Louis Rotary Bowling League for 60+ years.   So much fun had and memories made and enjoyed!
