Bowling Alleygations   Week 21

Allegations for 02-07-22

From: Dan Conway

This past Monday’s bowling finished the 6th with week of the third Quarter.  On lanes 17 and 18, Team Linton and Team Lehmkuhl did battle.  Team Linton came away with 14 points and Team Lehmkuhl took 6.  Curt Linton had a nice 658 handicapped series followed by Don Klackner at 625.

On Lanes 19 and 20, Team Barnes took it to team Lane winning all 20 points.  Gary Jones took it to Team Lane bowling a 677 handicapped series!

Over on Lanes 21 and 22, Team Conway survived a tough match against Team Maddox with Rose Cooper and Ken Schuman lighting it up the first game.  Rose Cooper was celebrating a little too early singing along to Billy Idol’s “Dancing with myself” and celebrating by roughing up everyone’s hair.  Team Conway bowled consistent in all three games and came back and came out on top with 14 points.  Rose Cooper had a very nice handicapped series with a 671 followed by Ken Schuman’s 653.  All three of Team Conway’s bowlers had nice series with Dan Conway with a 668, Brothers Chris Wilson with a 649 and much older brother/father Matt Wilson with a 643.

Lastly, on Lanes 23 and 24, Team DiFate and Team Decker were squaring off.  Vic Difate took the wrong medication before bowling and was the bowling stud of the night with the high handicapped series of the night at 684!!!  The other bowlers of Team DiFate also bowled nice handicapped series.  Terry Werner had a 677 and Don Fuller ended up with a 638.  That is hard to beat on any night.  Team Decker Captain Ralph Decker finished strong as usual with a 660 handicapped series.

Todays totals put Team Difate in 1st at 95, Team Barnes in 2nd at 82, and Team Linton in 3rd at 79.

Fun was had by all!
