“With all of the excitement that Club 11 has been generating – District Awards & Service Projects (Kidsmart/Lift for Life/Red Cross Blood Drive) & Club Fun (Golf/Bowling/Social Hours), we still have to take care of business.
We’ve had some issues with billing members for dues/meals: not billing – double billing – incorrect application of payments – bad e-mail address. We’ve been working through them, trying to make sure that the Club’s records and your records are correct.
With that in mind, as the quarterly invoices are now out,
1) Check your e-mail to be sure that you have received your notice. If you haven’t received one yet, check SPAM or Junk. If you still haven’t received an invoice from the Club – contact me (rjg1949@charter.net) or Joan, our administrator (JoanH@rotarystl.org).
2) Review your statement for accuracy. If you think it is incorrect, it’s your responsibility to contact the Club to resolve the issue.
Your cooperation is appreciated. We will get this fixed!
FYI – we have the ability to auto-bill your credit card if you would like to have that convenience.”
