Rotary Club of St. Louis – Club 11
 | Letter from the President  10-25-21

Greetings my fellow Rotarians. First of all I would like to thank for attending the Thursday meetings in person. We experienced overload attendance the past two weeks. On that note, I would ask that you please take a moment to register your attendance with Joan so we can get an accurate count in order to have enough tables and meals for us and our guests.
Our programs have been fantastic and promise to be in the future.

Last week we had our October Board meeting. Among other things, we discussed plans to get started on our Strategic Planning Program. Michele Goad did some great research on “Beautification” projects at various parks in St. Louis. Part of our goal is to accomplish a “Signature” project, which would give the Rotary Club of St. Louis some visibility and advertising. I spoke with the Director of Business Development in St. Louis and he said it would be feasible to do a project in Francis Park with signage to make people aware of our club and meeting days and time.

With the recent opening of Rockwell Brewery in Francis Park, this would be an excellent location to advertise our club.
If you have any suggestions or would like to be a part of this, please let me know.

Thank you for your service in Rotary!

President Jack Windish   10-25-21
