Thanks to all that joined us at Greenbriar. We had a great turnout and had a good time with the golf that we were able to play. “Mother Nature” started throwing lightning bolts and heavy rain down on the course in the late afternoon and early evening. Not being able to finish the round we decided to move on to the next best thing, dinner. We made it to our own private room and the drinks began to flow! Then the New York strip steak showed up with all the fixins and we topped it off with a delicious piece of chocolate cake and more refreshments. Then out to the patio for a cigar or two and one or two after dinner drinks. It was a great day enjoyed together with friends and great fellowship!!

“Longest Drive”
The only group that made it to the long drive hole, not to take anything away from the only drive, just saying, nice drive Jimmy! It was right down the middle too!

Our next outing will be at Sunset Country Club on Sept 22nd. This is another beautiful and challenging course that the Rotary Golf League group is lucky enough to have the opportunity to play. Looking forward to playing this one, see you there!
